Fees & Payments

How much do Orthodontics cost?

Your first appointment will be $95 plus the costs of any x-rays required to complete your initial assessment.  The planning stage costs $430 to create photographic, x-ray and digital models of your teeth. The next step depends on your requirements. Full orthodontic treatment costs between $8,200 and $10,400 depending on your orthodontic needs, paid over 18, 24 or 36 months.

Your first visit will be an examination appointment for which there is a fee of $95.00.  If x-rays or photos are required to aid in diagnosis (eg to see if teeth are missing or growing the wrong way) or for treatment planning, additional fees will be charged.

If you or your child is ready for full treatment you will be given a treatment fee estimate so you can decide whether to proceed to the treatment planning stage.

Initial Assessment Costs

Orthodontic Record Building & Consultation

The next step in treatment planning (if full treatment is needed) are the Records and Consultation appointments for which there is a charge of $430.00.

Full Orthodontic Treatment Costs

Full orthodontic treatment (eg upper and lower braces or Invisalign) costs from $8,200.00 to $10,400.00 depending on the severity of your orthodontic problem and the treatment option you choose.

The treatment fee is a set amount with no hidden costs and is not directly related to the number of visits or the duration of the treatment.

For full treatments we offer flexible interest free payment plans to suit your budget.

There will be an initial fee of approximately 20% and the balance of the treatment fee paid in weekly or monthly instalments as the treatment progresses (usually over 18, 24 or 36 months).

The instalments will need to be set up by internet banking to ensure regular payments are made.

If you wish to pay the total treatment fee at the commencement of treatment we offer a 5% discount.

All fees stated above and given to you in writing are GST inclusive.
